Founder and President
Heather is a Vet Tech. Feeling her hands were tied by always having to find rescues to help her save animals, she decided to start Lucky Penny Rox Rescue in honor of 3 beloved pets who crossed the rainbow bridge. She has dedicated her life to this cause. Her veterinary degree is definitely an asset!
Abby
Feline Director
Abby has been rescuing cats for 10 years. She rarely says no when a cat is in need, and works hard to remind people to spay and neuter their pets to prevent an excess of homeless cats. Even with her hard work, she maintains the health and wellbeing of a small army of cats waiting for their forever people
KARA
Vice President
Kara is a social worker by day, but her compassion for animal welfare is just as strong. Kara is dedicated to doing exactly what is best for the animals every time.

Secretary/Treasurer
Laura maintains records for LPRR so the focus can always be on improving animal welfare.
